The 2009 Annual General Meeting of Aga Rangemaster Group plc will be held at 11.00 am on Friday 8th May 2009 at the Beauchamp Room, Knights Suite, Mallory Court Hotel, Harbury Lane, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV33 9QB.  The result of the AGM and proxy voting figures will be made available under Market Announcements following the meeting.
