AGM

The 2008 Annual General Meeting of Aga Foodservice Group plc was held on Friday 9th May 2008.  The result of the AGM and proxy voting figures are available under Market Announcements (9th May 2008).

There will also be an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 9th May 2008 at 12.30pm or as soon thereafter as the AGM, convened on the same day, shall close.
