Castle Chef Captivates with Culinary Creations

 

Talented young chef James Dugan, of Amberley Castle fame, delighted La Cornue and Von Essen Hotel guests to a summer banquet at Divertimenti Brompton Road on Thursday 20th May 2010.

James made his name as head chef of Richard Corrigan’s Lindsay House and has achieved national acclaim from the likes of Michael Winner ever since.

Guests were fortified with Amberley Castle specialities including Smoked Salmon Compressions, French Trimmed Sussex Lamb with Sweetbreads and Deconstructed Carrot Cake.
