No meat please, we're veggies

 

National Vegetarian Week which runs from Monday 19th May to Sunday 25th May is now in its 16th year and support for the event has gone from strength to strength. There are now estimated to be around 400 million vegetarians in the world and the appeal is extending to the omnivorous amongst us.  No longer are veggie meals a bland mix of say, cabbage and potatoes.  To the contrary.  Freshly grown vegetables cooked with a blend of herbs and spices can produce truly flavorsome meals for all the family.
