The Observer’s Good Companies Guide, compiled with research from Co-operative Investments, has rated Aga Foodservice Group (Aga) as the eleventh most ethical firm in the FTSE 350. The Guide identifies the best 20 firms in the FTSE 350 index, assessed on a range of social, environmental and corporate governance criteria. Aga scored a total of 84.83 out of 100 (see table below).
Commenting on the listing, Company Secretary, Pam Sissons said: “We are delighted with our placing within the Good Companies Guide and see this as recognition of our efforts to achieve and maintain high standards of corporate responsibility within the Group.”
Aga also has a listing on the FTSE 4 Good Index, designed to measure the performance of companies that meet globally recognised corporate responsibility standards.
